Bursting caps and plates

Bursting caps and plates are single-component bursting discs of nickel and nickel-based materials for installation in gas valves (CO₂ / O₂ / CNG etc). Each bursting disc is identified by us with an ink-jet printer, giving the response pressure and the year of production and, if necessary, the serial number.

Installation: bursting caps and plates are braced in fittings with a plug. It is absolutely essential that we know the dimensions of the plug or that it is produced to our specifications.
The advantage of bursting discs in cap design is that inadvertent installation of multiple bursting discs is impossible. When installing bursting plates, the thickness must be inspected before installation in order to prevent multiple installation.
